In notebooks there is relatively low speed of CPU due to the power consumption requirement. There are obviously quite a few important ones that you shouldn't disable so google them or ask here first before disabling one that you aren't sure about. i only use basic plugins, and this plugins have been in use for a long time, and i never had high cpu usage. 3. Problem partially solved: I observed that the CPU spikes occur not only while i'm using FF or mozilla Nightly, but on every web browser (Chrome, IE, Opera, etc.) that i'm using, Firefox Cpu Usage 100 Percent and like i said, this high cpu usage started after updating to 29 & 29.0.1, before 29 & 29.0.1, i don't have this high cpu usage issue. That's the story everytime i use IE 11.0.9600.16518 Using Firefox: While video streaming, flash player process consumes all CPU. I think I found the Culprit to the issue: a FF Extension (not Add-on) called AdBlock Plus. Also if i'm doing other network traffic, like file copying inside the network CPU wont even flinch. It lets you give permission to an entire site, plus it gives you the ability to partially disallow the feeds on a page.
Ending up again just like last year after an update. A few times it seemed to solve the problem, but that was short-lived. Today, as I was searching for a solution, Firefox crashed while on the Mozilla website. But try that as a last resort: delete your partitions and create new ones (different sizes, just to be sure).

I uninstalled all adobe flash programs and installed them again (followed a procedure described in adobe forums) but problem remains.
