Can anyone help me out? You should see an icon appear on the desktop. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended. Someone should take Microsoft to court for this, as this has probably cost MILLIONS to all the users trying to solve this by replacing their burner, media & even PCs.
