In order to block a sender, select the message and click Block Sender option from the Message menu. Just a thought. You may review the contents of your Junk E-mail folder periodically to ensure that legitimate messages have not been misclassified as Spam. (If there are some of these "fales positives", you IF the messages go to your Xtra spam folder, the problem is with Xtra.
