I do not have a "Application and Data" file in my All users file either. This applies only to the original topic starter. Remember they do this free of charge and in their spare time so please be patient. Download GMER from http://www.gmer.net and then run the program, click "Scan" and then "Save" the log. It appears to me that hijack this knows about fewer startup locations and displays less information.

Thank you! Outbreaks are not cured by giving ONEpatient sulfanamide. I looked in the Qbackup and now it has the full scan info (I am assuming that is what it is). I thought my Symantec (Corporate!) Antivirus cleaned it, but it too seems to have failed.
