Overheating. 99C on cpu is frying your cpu and of course system shuts down. Run memtest86 ( www.memtest86.org ) to make sure you didn't get a bad stick of RAM after you check the RAM voltage. If it was working fine before you updated the Nvidia drivers then I'd suspect the drivers, particularly if you installed the latest.
