I looked up my processes in Task Manager and the problem is the Shell Hardware Detection service (ShellHWDetection) running under svchost.exe. Usual sign of too many program running in background. I did what you said I right clicked the Spybot icon and clicked on ' run as admin '..from there is once again spotted couponbar,,I clicked on 'fix selected' and this have a peek here The task appears/disappears so fast that I can't read it fast enough.

Do not copy and paste your logs if not it will be ignored and/or removed. It evens slows down downloads.
